Getting Here 

Please note, please do NOT enter Stradsett Estate via the main entrance on the A134, nor the stone gate on the A1122, please use the entrance point further along with the small red roofed barn detailed below. 

By car:

5 mins from Downham Market - Take the second exit onto Bexwell Road, leading to Downham Road. Continue past the Floodgate onto the A1122, continue for half a mile where you will see the Fairy Fair entrance on your left.

10 mins from King's Lynn - heading down the A10, when you reach the Watlington roundabout, take the first exit onto the A134 (Lynn Road) Continue for 6 miles. Take a left at the Floodgate onto the A1122, continue for half a mile where you will see the Fairy Fair entrance on your left.

1 hour from Norwich - head along the A47 until you reach the Swaffham Roundabout, take the first exit onto A1122, travel for 7 miles where you will see the entrance for Fairy Fair on your right.

30/55 mins from Ely/Cambridge - Heading down the A10, when you reach the Bexwell roundabout at Downham Market , Take the third exit onto Bexwell Road, leading to Downham Road. Continue past the Floodgate onto the A1122, continue for half a mile where you will see the Fairy Fair entrance on your left 

Stradsett Estate is a home, working estate and farm so expect undulating grass and signs of rural life both in the car park and on the main event site.
